- Regional Representative Position Available – still open, Theresa has some ideas in Boulder region, will reach out to Sage to see if there’s anyone in NM as it would be good to have representation from this area
- Build IMIYA Friends – The studio formerly IYCD may not be Iyengar going forward, will know more Friday, April 2nd, Theresa will reach out to Lisa Wolf about how she thinks IMIYA can hold on to Iyengar community in Denver, Dana thinks it will be better if it is not Iyengar only studio, possibility for more outreach

- Congratulations DANA! – pairing teachers with studios to disperse grant monies,, Dana wants a sustainable program and will work on this next 6 mos. so it will be easier for next scholarship chairperson

- IYCD – Rossi COMPLETED
- $500.00 DONATION received – via 2 people from Avery’s 6 wk course (LBGTQ) to go to the next 6 week course, Darren said it would be good if IMIYA moves away from being the “middleman”, Dana discussed why we should continue to facilitate with the money handling, Dana will discuss with Avery, Theresa talked about donations with specifications, need to be careful and confidential about where scholarships go

- Outreach – ESL connecting Anar with another studio, taken quite a bit of Dana’s time, after the tragedy in Boulder, Theresa would like to reach 20 yr olds through yoga
- Building Bridges -through BaseCamp Theresa spoke to Cindy B of AZ about offering workshops through both regions, they will discuss at their next mtg

- New Mentoring Guidelines – Theresa asked if this should be posted on IMIYA newsletter, Joanne said maybe just a mention or “blurb” about guidelines in newsletter, not specifics, Rebecca would be the one to mention on newsletter.
- Abijata’s April Spring workshop – 2 full scholarships are still available

- Application in process – Theresa has hit the wall, atty (David Larson) is helping Darren and Theresa (Darren stepped up) to be the one to carry the information with the State, IRS Form 1023 is next process that Theresa is working on hopes to have it done by end of May, beginning, Theresa is checking with CO Secretary of State to check registration with state,
- Updating paperwork – going forward Darren address will be the “office” address as it was previously IYCD
- Budget (Vote/d?) – Theresa made a motion for $1400 allocation for the application, legal and QB review (by Robin T), Darren seconded, unanimously approved
